           "The Desert Stud "
     High Point Breeders Award

The Pinto Horse Society added this award in 2013 on behalf of

Mrs Dot Webber of Desert Stud.

Dot bred and competed with her Pintos in most disciplines, including show jumping with the original stud stallion Desert Dust(purchased from Coolawanya Station),he being the foundation to the whole stud.

Of course, producing coloured stock of good quality is any Pinto breeds wish, but Dot always managed to have those coloured foals that did well at halter and under saddle.

Desert Flame and Desert Escort being home bred stallions who were both Royal show Supreme Champions.

This award is to commemorate one of founding members and breeders who put us on the right track to be where we are today,

The Pinto Horse Society WA INC.
